1. Using MotoLink

By signing up or using MotoLink you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. These terms apply to everyone — riders, brands, and visitors.

2. Who Can Use It

You need to be at least 13 years old to use MotoLink. If you're under 18, make sure you have a parent or guardian's permission. By signing up, you're confirming that's the case.

3. Your Account

• Keep your password safe — you're responsible for anything that happens on your account.
• Use your real information when signing up.
• Don't pretend to be someone else or another brand.
• Don't create multiple accounts without asking us first.

4. Your Profile & Uploads

You can build a public rider profile with your bio, bikes, results, a photo, and a PDF resume. Everything you post is yours — we just display it on the platform. You can delete any of it from your dashboard at any time. By uploading content you're giving us permission to show it to other users on MotoLink.

5. Sponsorships & Contracts

MotoLink helps riders and brands find each other, but we're not involved in any deals that happen between them. We can't guarantee any application leads to a sponsorship. When a brand sends a contract and a rider accepts it, that's between them — MotoLink isn't a party to it and isn't responsible for what's in it or whether either side follows through.

6. Parts & External Links

The parts section links out to third-party stores. We don't control their pricing, stock, or shipping. Fitment info on the site is just a starting point — always double-check with the manufacturer before you buy.

7. Pro Subscription

Some features require a paid Pro plan. When you subscribe, you're agreeing to be charged the listed price on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your billing settings and you'll keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't offer partial refunds. We never see or store your card details — payments are handled securely by our payment processor.

8. Things You Shouldn't Do

Please don't use MotoLink to:

• Post fake or misleading information.
• Harass or threaten other users.
• Scrape or mass-download data from the site.
• Try to break into accounts or systems that aren't yours.
• Do anything illegal.

9. Account Closure

We can suspend or remove accounts that break these rules. If you want to close your own account, just email us at support@motolink.io.

10. No Guarantees

MotoLink is provided as-is. We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we can't promise the site will always be available or completely error-free.

11. Liability

We're a small platform and can't be held responsible for losses resulting from your use of MotoLink, including anything that goes wrong with a sponsorship deal, a parts purchase, or a service interruption.

12. Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms as the platform grows. If something important changes, we'll let you know by email or post a notice on the site at least two weeks before it kicks in. Continuing to use MotoLink after that means you're okay with the new terms.
