1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using MotoLink ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including riders, brand representatives, and visitors.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use MotoLink. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian. By using the Platform you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You may not impersonate another person, rider, or brand.
• One person or entity may not operate multiple accounts without prior approval.

4. Rider Profiles

Riders may create public profiles showcasing their bikes, race history, and contact information. By publishing profile information you grant MotoLink a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that information on the Platform. You retain ownership of your content and may delete your profile at any time.

5. Sponsorship Applications

MotoLink facilitates connections between riders and brands but is not a party to any sponsorship agreement. We do not guarantee that any application will result in a sponsorship. Brands are solely responsible for the accuracy of their opportunity listings. Riders are solely responsible for fulfilling any agreed sponsorship obligations.

6. Parts & Affiliate Links

Parts listed on MotoLink may include affiliate links. Purchasing through these links may earn MotoLink a commission at no additional cost to you. Compatibility information is provided as a reference only — always verify fitment with the manufacturer before purchasing.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use MotoLink to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
• Scrape or bulk-download Platform data without written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account or system.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

8. Termination

MotoLink may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting legal@motolink.com.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. MotoLink does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MotoLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform, including lost profits or loss of data.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Platform at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction in the United States, at MotoLink's election.
